Registration

If your student would like to register for tutorial, please fill out the online permission form. Once the form is submitted, your child can begin attending. At this time transportation is NOT provided.

*This form only needs to be completed one time per school year, not every week.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, transportation is NOT provided.  Please arrange to have your student picked up from Milwee by the Media Center at the end of the session. Students consistently picked up after the scheduled time will not be permitted to continue attending after school tutorial. Thank you.
